Maybe It’s Time to Change!

We get what we invest in. The time we spend comes back, with interest.

If you practice five minutes of something new or different every day, you’ll become better at something new or different. If you spend a little bit more time each day feeling cheated, that behavior will become who you are.

The words you speak or send, the people you hang with, the media you consume determine who you are or will become every day. The difference between who you are now and who you were five years ago is largely due to how you’ve spent your time along the way.

The habits we embed become who we are or who we will become, one minute at a time, until there’s no more time left change.

A small thing repeated is not a small thing.

Truth be told, over time……..it could become everything.
